THE IDEA
In order to reap the benefits listed in BLOG !, the federal government should install solar systems in each home, nationwide, at no charge to the homeowner
The net cost the homeowner would be–0-
The cost to the government would be –0-after the benefits to the government listed in BLOG 1. These benefits more than outweigh the costs which will probably be recouped in the first three years.
